Teacher Training
A train-the-trainer model that certifies educators as digital mentors inside their own schools and regions.
The core mechanism for national scale
Jenga Hub's Teacher Training Program is the core mechanism for achieving national scale and lasting systemic change. This is not simply professional development; it is a train-the-trainer model designed to embed digital literacy skills directly into the Tanzanian public education system. The program certifies current educators to become internal digital mentors and trainers within their own schools and regions. Teachers are equipped not only with technical skills (coding, digital safety, project management) but also with the pedagogical tools to teach them effectively.
